Nitro provides online human translation services through a network of trusted professionals with a native-level command of the source and target languages. On average, they have been working with Nitro for 4.5 years, and their professional experience exceeds 10 years.
Translations in Nitro are performed by the same native-speaking professionals who work at Alconost. In order to get hired by Alconost, candidates must pass a portfolio review and complete a test. Each translation test is verified by an editor. Only 2.5% of applicants pass the test and can then work at Alconost.
Only those translators who demonstrate a consistently high standard of work are invited to work in Nitro.
When placing your order, you can leave comments for the translator and add images that will help them better understand the context.
At the moment, only plain text and Google Docs can be translated in Nitro.
However, you can send files in any other format using the order form at https://alconost.com/order, in which case one of our agency’s managers will handle your files.
Yes, it is.
If you would like to place an order for your text to be proofread by a native speaker in Nitro, please make sure that the selected source and target languages are the same. For example, English → English [Proofreading].
A glossary is a list of terms specific to a particular subject area. For example, in business this might be the names of products and services; in gaming — the names of characters, locations, and items; and in app development — the captions of various interface elements.
Using glossaries helps avoid the need to leave comments for the translator regarding terminology. A glossary helps ensure the consistency of translated text across multiple orders and saves you time.
Nitro supports the use of glossaries. You can create one yourself, or ask us to import a glossary that you already have via online-chat.
The payment options currently available in Nitro include:
Regular customers have the option of working on credit.
