How is revenue tracked?

Each partner gets a tracking dashboard. For warm intros, we track the referral from the moment you notify us.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid net-30 after client payment. You'll see real-time bonuses in your partner dashboard.

What if the client doesn't close?

No worries — you only earn when the client pays. If a referral doesn't convert, nothing happens. We'll keep you informed on the status of every intro.

Can I refer existing Alconost clients?

No. The program is for net-new client introductions only. If you're unsure whether a company is already a client, ask us before making the referral.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Yes. Accepted partners receive a toolkit with co-branded one-pagers, email templates, social copy, and a partner badge for their website.

Is there a minimum payout?

The minimum payout threshold is $100. Any balance below that rolls over to the next month.

What's the attribution window?

For warm intros and notified referrals, there's no expiration — once you introduce a lead, it's yours regardless of how long the sales cycle takes. Some enterprise deals close in 6–12 months, and we respect that.

Can I refer from any country?

Yes. Alconost serves clients globally and our partner program is open worldwide. Payouts can be made via wire transfer or PayPal.
